To Whom It May Concern
This letter comes as a reference for Pastor Ray Houston. RAy became a member of the Lincoln Correctional Center Volunteer Program in August 2013. Since coming to Lincoln his service and presentation has been an invaluable experience for many of the inmates. Pastor Ray conducts a program entitled "real talk," which engages the men in issues ranging from addiction & recovery, to parenthood, relationships and self-evaluation. This has been one of our better attended programs. Pastor Ray openly shares his struggles from addiction to successful Christian living and ministry in his book, There Is Life After Drugs-How Bad To You Want It? He also helps to facilitate one of our Sunday Morning Worship services where he teaches or facilitates with direction, compassion and enthusiasm. It is indeed a privilege and honor to have Pastor Ray Houston minister and volunteer ad the Lincoln Correctional Center.
