Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines, transit delays, and tracking updates are the responsibility of the shipping provider selected at checkout.

Carrier Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods. For the most accurate and current delivery information, customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided in their shipment confirmation.

Shipping Insurance (Highly Recommended)

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout to provide added protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

  • Insured orders: If an insured package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first to initiate a claim. If additional assistance is needed, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll help guide the resolution process.

  • Uninsured orders: Orders shipped without insurance are not eligible for replacement or reshipment in cases of loss, theft, or damage once the carrier confirms delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, you must first file a claim with the shipping carrier. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us within 7 days with your order number and any supporting documentation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or reshipment.
